Definition
PoCI is a category of on-chain infrastructure for producing a stable, referenceable record of maintained intent.
In plain terms: did this wallet keep showing up over time?

Core output: Commitment Object
A Commitment Object is a readable representation of a wallet's activated continuity history:
- Genesis (activation credential)
- Signals over time (continuity record)
- Read surfaces that external systems can query deterministically

Key requirements
- Time-based: evaluated across windows (days/weeks/months)
- Low-noise: strict cadence; minimal action surface
- Verifiable: wallet-signed; rule-enforced
- Composable: stable read surfaces for external integration

Non-goals
- Proving identity (PoCI is not KYC and does not claim uniqueness)
- Being a financial primitive (not staking, not yield, not rewards by default)
- Creating social graphs (no feeds, follows, expressive content)

Reference implementation
SIGNAL.ZERO is the first public reference implementation of PoCI.
